This policy explains what information MileHigh WebDesigns collects through milehighwebdesigns.com, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It describes the site as it actually functions.
Information you give us
The site has two forms: the project configurator and the contact form. Both are optional and neither is required to browse the site.
- Contact details you type: name, email address, and optionally phone number and company.
- Project details: the configuration you selected, your stated timeline, budget range, current website address, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically
Your IP address is processed when you submit a form or run the redesign preview. It is used to apply rate limits that stop automated abuse, and it is stored alongside submissions so we can investigate misuse.
If analytics are enabled, a third-party analytics provider may set cookies or similar identifiers and record page views and interactions. Analytics load only when a measurement ID has been configured for this site.
The AI redesign preview
When you enter a website address, our server fetches that page in the same way any public visitor would, and reads its publicly available markup. We do not access private networks, local addresses, password-protected areas, or anything behind a login.
The extracted signals are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a conceptual design direction, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not use what you submit to train any model.
Please do not enter a URL for a site you are not authorized to have analyzed.
How we use information
Submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and carry out work you engage us for.
- Replying to your message and arranging a discovery call.
- Preparing an accurate scope and proposal.
- Preventing spam and automated abuse of the forms and the preview tool.
- Meeting legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
- Service providers who operate parts of the site, such as hosting, email delivery, form or CRM processing, and the AI provider used by the redesign preview.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for as long as required for business and legal record keeping. Rate-limiting records are short lived and cleared automatically.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. API keys and credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Submissions pass through validation and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
