Website Redesign
A redesign carries a risk a new site does not: you already have traffic, rankings, and links, and a careless rebuild throws them away. The work is as much about protecting what exists as replacing it.

THE PROBLEMS THIS WORK EXISTS TO FIX.
- 01
The site looks dated and it is costing trust
Visual age reads as business risk to a first-time visitor, particularly for higher-value purchases.
- 02
It is slow and the phone experience is poor
Older builds tend to carry accumulated plugins, unoptimized media, and layouts retrofitted for mobile.
- 03
Nobody knows which pages matter
Rebuilding without an inventory is how sites lose the handful of pages that were quietly producing most of the leads.
- 04
Previous rebuilds lost rankings
Usually a redirect problem. Usually preventable.
A rebuild that keeps what is working and rebuilds what is not, without losing search visibility.
Inventory before demolition
The first step is a full page inventory: what exists, what receives traffic, what has links pointing at it, and what converts. That inventory decides what carries over, what gets rewritten, and what gets retired.
Pages that produce results are often not the ones the business expects. Deciding on instinct rather than data is where redesigns go wrong.
URL mapping is the whole ballgame
Every old URL gets a decision: keep it, redirect it permanently to a specific replacement, or retire it deliberately. Redirect chains get collapsed. Nothing lands on a generic homepage redirect, because that reads as a soft 404 and drops the value it was carrying.
The map is written and reviewed before launch, then verified after launch against the live site.
Content gets rewritten, not just re-skinned
A redesign that keeps the old copy usually keeps the old problems. Thin pages stay thin. Pages that never matched search intent still do not match it.
We treat the rebuild as the opportunity to fix structure and depth on the pages that matter, and to consolidate the ones that were splitting the same topic across three weak pages.
See it before you commit

FAQ
Will I lose my rankings?
Not if the redirect work is done properly. The risk comes from rebuilding without a URL map. Some short-term fluctuation after any significant change is normal.
Can you keep our existing content?
Where it is working, yes. We usually recommend rewriting the pages that matter most and consolidating pages that compete with each other.
How long does a redesign take?
It depends on page count and how much content needs rewriting. Timeline is discussed at discovery rather than promised up front.
What is the AI redesign preview?
A conceptual direction generated from your current public homepage. It is a visual concept to react to, not a finished design or a technical audit.
